That’s not how writing works.

I’m pretty sure I didn’t ask my whinny, creepy little stalker “how writing works.” Thanks.

I know that this isn’t a “how writing works” but, yeah, that’s exactly how writing works. What makes a well rounded world in your novel is showing diversity across the spectrum. So yes, more sexual-spectrum diversity, please.

"Then why not finish the arch? Take your case file with you, Clarice, I won’t need it anymore." He held it at arm’s length through the bars, his forefinger along the spine. She reached across the barrier and took it. For an instant the tip of her forefinger touched Dr. Lecter’s. The touch crackled in his eyes.
“Thank you, Clarice.”
“Thank you, Dr. Lecter.”
And that is how he remained in Starling’s mind. Caught in the instant when he did not mock.

This is what happens when you work at Victoria’s Secret:
A) You will buy way too many bras
B) You will Rainbow order and organize everything.

Can I have bra/undie organization like this?

Is there such a thing as too many bras? Because I would say there isn’t.

Stephen King being Stephen King

1st Day of Marathon Training

Distance: 4 miles

Time: 56 minutes.

Ran on: trail run. Vasquez Rocks, Pacific Crest Trail.

Weather: super nice. Clear, cool, not windy.
Elevation change: 206 feet over 1/4 mile (aka: That Fucking Hill)

Last 1/2 mile mantra: just keep swimming, just keep swimming….

Overall mantra: I’ll only get stronger, speed doesn’t mater right now.

I felt: really good!

Water: 2 20oz Amphipod handhelds.

I drank: 1 & 1/2 of them

Hydration: Felt overly hydrated. I drank plenty of water for sure today.

Other notes: I really shouldn’t have eaten something so spicy last night. Stomach was super acidic today.
